§ 1.14.060. Priority of chapter over prior ordinances and resolutions

The provisions of this Code shall prevail over and supersede the provisions of any ordinance or resolution of the city council previously adopted by the city council to the extent that the provisions of said ordinance or resolution are in conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
