§ 2.24.030. Transfer of duties from city clerk

Latest version.

In accordance with Section 40805.5 of the Government Code of the State of California, all of the financing, accounting and auditing duties imposed upon the City Clerk under Sections 40802 through 40805 of said Government Code are transferred to the Finance Director and the City Clerk is hereby relieved of said duties.
