§ 3.36.040. Applicable to various events

The excise tax imposed by this chapter may also be made applicable by resolution adopted by the city council to the leasing of vehicular parking spaces or rights on private within the city for 30 days or less when the consideration paid for such leasing is included within the price paid for the admission to any musical event, happening, concert, sporting event, carnival, fair, or similar activity.
