§ 3.36.050. Penalty violation

Any person who shall willfully violate any of the provisions of this chapter or failing to comply with the mandatory requirements of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of a misdemeanor for violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or by imprisonment, not to exceed six months, or by both said fine and imprisonment. Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he or she shall be punished accordingly.
