Every merchant, hawker, peddler, vendor, street fakir, advertiser, who sells or advertises
goods, wares or merchandise of any kind, patent or other medicine, of any kind, by
music, singing, dancing, jugglery, tricks, sleight of hand, buffoonery, gymnastics,
or by spectacular display, shows or performances, or by speeches, declamations or
oratory, $25.00 per day.
