§ 4.04.290. Cardrooms—Work permits—Decision of city council after hearing
A.
Upon the conclusion of any hearing conducted by the city council pursuant to this chapter, city council shall make findings of fact and conclusions of law, which shall be transmitted in writing to the appellant.
B.
The city council on appeal may, based upon the evidence presented, affirm or reverse the decision of the chief of police. In the case of a revocation or suspension of a permit, it shall have the power to modify the penalty to any lesser one provided in section 4.04.260.
C.
The decision of the city council on appeal shall be final and conclusive.
