The bonds required in section 4.24.090 of this chapter, shall and must, to the satisfaction of the city council, be kept
and maintained in full force and effect, during the periods and terms of the same,
respectively, as herein before specified, and should any sureties thereunder, for
any reason, become insolvent, or lose the right to transact business in the state,
a new bond shall be substituted therefor.
