§ 4.24.140. Penalties

  • Every person, as principal, agent or otherwise, violating, or failing, or neglecting, or refusing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment and each such person, as principal, agent or otherwise, shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day during any portion of which the violation of, or failing, neglect or refusal to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted by such person.
