§ 9.04.060. Prohibited acts

The following acts shall be prohibited:

A.

No person shall make a connection to the system without first obtaining a permit from the city.

B.

No person shall after any conduit, pipe, or other fixture connecting with city mains, or to connect pipes when they have been disconnected.

C.

No person shall discharge or throw any substance or material into a manhole, or into other openings in the city sewage system other than through an approved sewer connection.

D.

No unauthorized person shall interfere with the sewage system or any portion thereof or interfere with wastewater treatment processes.

E.

No person shall knowingly make any false statement, representation, record, report, plan or other document filed with, or taken by, the city.
