§ 9.04.390. Construction standards

A.

All design and construction of sewer lines and appurtenances shall conform to the standards of the city and meet with the approval of the city engineer.

B.

Construction plans, specifications and calculations for all on-site and off-site sewer piping in proposed developments and subdivisions shall be submitted to the city for checking and approval by the city engineer and public works superintendent prior to construction.

C.

Construction of all sewers shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the city engineer and public works superintendent.
