§ 9.08.010. Establishment of rates, fees and charges

The amounts of all fees and charges provided for herein shall be established on a monthly basis by ordinance of the city council in accordance with the provisions of the city sewer ordinance as amended from time to time and shall be billed on a bimonthly basis. Fees and charges provided for in the city sewer ordinance and imposed by the city council shall include but not be limited to the following provisions 9.08.020—9.08.150.
