§ 5.16.090. Violations

Any person who shall violate section 5.16.010—5.16.080, or shall in any manner interfere with the board of health, or any of its officers or members, in the performance of any duty required of them by this chapter or any other ordinance of said city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.00 or by imprisonment in the city jail for more than 60 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
