§ 5.28.220. Administration

Except as otherwise provided, the permitting authority shall designate the governmental department or agency charged with administering this chapter and it shall be authorized from time to time to promulgate and enforce such rules or regulations consistent with the purposes, intent, and express terms of this chapter as he or she deems necessary to implement such purposes, intent and express terms. Such rules shall be filed with the clerk of the city and shall become effective 30 days thereafter.
