§ 5.32.030. Petroleum storage

  • It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, to keep or store, or to permit to be kept or stored in any building, or upon any premises, street or place in said city, any petroleum, distillate, products of petroleum, or hydro-carbon liquids, not of standard flash test, in greater quantity than one five-gallon container, other than stove oil, kerosene and diesel fuel, except as permitted above.
