§ 5.44.040. Penalty

Any person who engages in the ambulance service business within the city without complying with the provisions of this chapter or the regulations adopted pursuant hereto, is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000.00 or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
