§ 5.48.010. Fire inspection services

Not less than annually, the city fire department shall inspect or cause to be inspected for Uniform Fire Code enforcement purposes each building and premises which is utilized for or is zoned for commercial uses under the city zoning code, herein referred to as "business property." The term "business property" includes buildings and premises which, although not commercially utilized or zoned, are available for public occupancy or are utilized for commercial purposes such as home occupancies.
