§ 5.52.270. Violations

A.

Violations of the provisions of this chapter by failure to comply with any of its requirements shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as described in section 19 of the California Penal Code.

B.

The city may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin a violation of any provisions of this chapter.
