§ 6.24.020. Sale

No person shall sell or offer for sale or expose for sale at retail for use within the city any fireworks, except that such fireworks as are defined and classified as "safe and sane" fireworks under the state fireworks law as contained in the California Health and Safety Code may be sold and displayed provided that a permit therefor is first obtained.
