§ 6.52.010. Sidewalk obstruction

It shall be unlawful within the limits of the city for two or more persons to obstruct the sidewalks or streets, or to hold meetings therein, or public celebrations therein, or to parade in a body through the public streets without first obtaining the written permission therefor from the city clerk of said city. All permits issued by the city clerk shall designate the time when and particular locality at which any meetings may be held and the time when and the streets upon which any parade may be conducted.
