§ 6.52.030. Violation and penalty

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100.00, or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
