A.

Owner includes, without limitation, the fee owner of real property, the lessee or renter of real property, and the person or persons in possession of real property.

B.

Sidewalk area means the area between the property line of a parcel of real property and the pavement of an adjacent public street, including any parking strip or curb.

C.

Tree shall not include a tree planted by the city.
