§ 8.16.060. Violation and penalty
Latest version.
Any person, persons, or corporation violating any of the provisions contained in this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $5.00, nor more than $100.00, or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days in the county jail of the County of Sacramento, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Every violation by the same person of any provisions of this chapter which occurs against or continues on any day or days succeeding the first violation thereof, shall constitute an additional violation for each of such succeeding days.
