§ 6.20.040. Sale of weapons

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, co-partnership, association or corporation to sell at retail within the city any pistol, revolver or other firearm capable of being concealed upon the person, as such firearms are defined by the terms of chapter 339 of the Statutes of the State of California of the year 1923, without first procuring from said city a license to do so.
