§ 8.04.040. Rules and regulations

The city council, by resolution, shall establish the periods during which park and recreation facilities may be used, the manner of reserving the same, and the fees and deposits for the use thereof. The city council, by resolution, may establish such other rules and regulations as may from time to time be required or necessary for the proper regulation of activities in parks and recreation facilities which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter, loiter, or remain in or upon any park or recreation facility in violation of the rules and regulations established by resolution of the city council.
