§ 8.04.050. Violation and penalty

Latest version.

Any person, firm, partnership, venture, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by:
A.

A fine not exceeding $50.00 for the first violation;

B.

A fine not exceeding $100.00 for the second violation of this chapter within one year;

C.

A fine not exceeding $250.00 for each additional violation of this chapter within one year.
