§ 2.28.070. Officers

The planning commission shall elect its chairman and the vice chairman from among its members and shall appoint a secretary who need not be a member of the commission. The terms of office of the chairman and vice chairman shall be one year and until their successors are elected. The secretary shall serve at the pleasure of the commission.
